An introduction to tasting, which will help you unravel the mystery that surrounds it and greatly increase your enjoyment and understanding of what’s in the glass. It will increase your confidence when approving wines in a restaurant and enable you to carry out some quality assessment.  This session will also cover food and wine matching.

  • Learn how to taste wine in a structured way
  • Consider how to evaluate a wines quality
  • Discuss some of the most common wine faults
  • Matching food and wine
  • Identify wines using your new skills

You will taste at least 8 wines during the session, from various countries and in various styles.
